1. Platform Structure & Digital Product Model

TryYourLuck operates as a digital goods marketplace and promotional prize draw platform. When you pay $1.00 USD (or local equivalent in EUR €0.95, GBP £0.80), you are purchasing a perpetual commercial license to immediate digital deliverables (specifically the Email Cleaner Desktop Suite featuring MailSweep & UnsubBot privacy software).

As a promotional reward for your digital commerce purchase, you receive an official bonus entry ticket to enter the corresponding promotional prize draw at zero additional charge.

2. Eligibility Requirements (18+ Strict Age Gate)

Participation is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By creating an account or purchasing a digital good, you affirm under penalty of perjury that you meet this requirement.

4. Provably Fair Selection & Multi-Winner Allocation

6. Operating Entity, Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

TryYourLuck is an operating subsidiary of Global Ads Media, LLC, located at 66 West Flagler Street, Miami, Florida 33130, USA.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TryYourLuck, Global Ads Media, LLC, and their respective directors, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. All digital goods are provided on an "as-is" basis with perpetual commercial license.

7. Minimum Ticket Thresholds, Automated Draw Suspension & Ticket Token Balances

Each promotional prize draw may specify an objective Minimum Paid Tickets Threshold required to conclude the draw and trigger winner selection. For threshold calculation purposes, only directly purchased entry tickets are counted; bonus tickets accrued via referral rewards or promotional social sharing are excluded from the threshold activation tally.

In the event that the countdown timer ends and the specified minimum ticket threshold has not been reached, or if unforeseen technical or logistics adjustments necessitate halting a draw, the draw will automatically terminate in a SUSPENDED state.

Upon suspension, 100% of tickets entered into the draw—including both purchased draw tickets and promotional bonus entries—are immediately and automatically credited back to each participant's user account balance as reusable tokens. These tokens carry no expiration and may be applied at any time to enter any live promotional draw on the platform. Purchases of the accompanying digital products remain valid and fully licensed.
